I am SO excited you are here today girl, because this topic is a JUICY one that I know is going to be SO impactful.
I was actually listening to Dave Hollis talking about his worry while training for a marathon & how he had this internal dialog that he kept telling himself, if he didn’t train for the marathon he would have a ‘get out of jail free’ card when it didn’t work out & he didn’t complete it.
He was basically saying that his OLD MINDSET at one point was that it feels better to just quit than to try & fail.
His new mindset is different but I think we do this a LOT when it comes to our own goals don't we?
So today I want to talk about a couple of tangible tips that could help you in a really impactful way to stop QUITTING just because you are scared to fail.
I really hope this resonates with you & helps you break through your mindset and KEEP or start CRUSHING IT girl, because you deserve that.
