Girl, buckle up, because today we have a juicy topic! We are talking about giving ourselves PERMISSION.

For us to stay after our goals & stay committed to our personal growth, even when things get hard or we get curveballs, in order to make that progress & become the badass women we want to be, it often doesn’t matter what tangible things we know we need to do to take action if we have not given ourselves permission to actually do the damn thing.

So while of course I want to give you some tangible tips & takeaways today, I really wanted to dive into three specific areas that you might want to think about giving yourself a permission slip in if you haven’t already.
