Today’s topic is one of my absolute FAVORITES: happiness.
I hear it ALL the time, “Kacia, are you REALLY that happy all the time?” The truth is, of course I am human that has bad days, but the MAJORITY of the time, I would say YES, I am a happier than average person! Of course we are all about TOOLS & ACTION here, so I wanted to share some of the things that I have done & do on a regular basis to make HAPPINESS a part of my daily routine. #2- UNDERSTANDING that you can CHOOSE to look at EVENTS as NEUTRAL & we CREATE the MEANING
#3- The UTTER BELIEF that LIFE is RIGGED IN OUR FAVOR.

“Every time something happens to me, I create a meaning that serves me.”
