Apr 18, 2019

In this episode:

  • Identifying your fears & limiting beliefs

  • Understanding your power

  • Holding tight to your vision

  • Strengthen your mindset through meditation

After experiencing the hardest year of her life in 2018, Kelly Callaghan began to see things in a different light.

There was a long period of time where she truly felt like she was broken beyond repair. Going from one of the most positive people to a person who battled with acknowledging her own self worth was undeniably heart wrenching.

Kelly could not understand how her life went from a such a "perfect" way into something so dark, uncontrollable + exhausting and she knew she had to do something.... and BOY DID SHE.

Today’s episode is a POWERFUL one.

Kelly Callaghan is a serial entrepreneur, beauty business mentor, an international spray tan educator, has built multiple 6-figure businesses and is now the host of the podcast Wake Up to Level Up and hosting a live event to empower women to level up in their lives.

Kelly’s story of her “rebirth” as she calls it, is incredibly inspiring & I know there are so many of you out there who will resonate with her feelings of despair.

This girl has had some crazy curveballs but she has really leaned into the power of her mindset, and she’s got some really incredible tools she shares with us about stepping out of fear and into purpose.

“You are doing yourself, and anybody else that you’re supposed to be serving, a disservice by not accomplishing what you set yourself out to do.”
