I am REALLY excited about this episode because I feel like we’ve got to have an honest conversation, but we can also be a little bit lighter about the topic of anxiety during this crazy quarantine time.
My best friend Jacki & I are bringing a real talk chat about all things working from home, date night/girls night ideas, and really just managing our own stress, mindset and controlling the controllables. In times like this, where there is so much unknown & out of our control it’s easy to feel super down, stressed & anxious, and as a couple of pros at finding the silver lining, we wanted to share some tangible tips that could help you during this crazy time.
We are in this together, we will get through this together, and I think we can have a little fun along the way too, right?

“When we are sitting in that place of just pure frozen anxiety, we feel very helpless because there’s so much out of our control. But if we can start to reframe certain little things, we can start to feel like we’re taking that control back.”
